Shipping policy

Every order is packed by hand — by us, personally, in Cologne. We're not a warehouse with robots and conveyor belts, we're three friends with a shipping station and good music. That means we can't promise any delivery date, and delivery times depend on where you are in the world. Thanks for the patience, it's worth it.

We ship worldwide.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, hit us up at SUPPORT@SOBREMAR.DE as soon as possible. Address changes after dispatch may incur additional costs.

Over 100€ — free shipping

Under 100€ — from 5,- €

 

WITHIN EUROPE (excl. UK, Norway & Cyprus)

Over 300€ — free shipping

Under 300€ — from 13,40€

 

UK, NORWAY & CYPRUS

Heads up: these countries are outside the EU, which means your order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes upon arrival. These are not included in your order and are fully your responsibility — we have no control over what your customs office decides to charge.

Over 300€ — free shipping

Under 300€ — from 20,90€

 

INTERNATIONAL (rest of the world)

Same as above — customs duties, import taxes, and any handling fees charged in your country are entirely your responsibility. We ship DAP (Delivered At Place), meaning all costs beyond our end are on you.
