Refund policy

Not feeling it? No worries — here's how it works.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to register a return. After that, we can't accept it — so don't sit on it too long.

Before you send anything back, reach out to us at SUPPORT@SOBREMAR.DE. Unregistered returns will be sent back to you.

 

What we need from you:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached and in original packaging. If it smells like you wore it to a three-day festival, that's a no.
  • Original shipping costs are not refunded.

 

Returning from Germany or within the EU?

Easy. Just contact us and we'll send you a return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, that's it.

 

Ordering from outside the EU (e.g. UK, USA, etc.)?

A heads up: if you ever need to return something, the process is a bit more involved and fully on your end.

  • You are responsible for organising and paying for your own return shipment
  • We cannot provide a return label for shipments outside the EU
  • Your package must include a correctly filled customs declaration form (CN22 or CN23) stating: "Return of purchased goods – no commercial value"
  • If the package is held at customs due to incorrect declaration, or if customs duties or import fees are charged to us upon arrival, these costs will be deducted from your refund
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or held up at customs due to incorrect or missing documentation

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method and sending us the tracking number so we can follow the return on our end.

 

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund. Exchanges work via store credit.
